House dance is a social dance primarily danced to house music that has roots in the clubs of Chicago and of New York. ​The main elements of House dance include Footwork, Jacking, and Lofting.​​​ House dance is often improvisational in nature and emphasizes on fast and complex foot oriented steps combined with fluid movements in the torso, as well as floor work​

Cody "Coflo" Ferreira, Bay Area native, is a music lover first and dancer second.  His love for music drove him to the feel good movement of dance at a very young age.  Some 16 years later the feeling and forever growing community continues to keep him moving.  A student of house dance legend Brian "Footwork" Green, Co has studied various forms of dance but is most recognized for his footworking based house dance style.  Dancing with a pioneering crew "Circle of Fire",  He also belongs to an emerging and wide spread artistry collective "Soulshifters"
